About the role
Careem is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the Partner Training team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key role in onboarding new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network, ensuring they are set up correctly and can start serving customers quickly.
Key responsibilities
- On‑board and train new restaurant and shop partners on the Careem Food Delivery platform.
- Visit partner locations to install and configure the dashboard on provided devices.
- Maintain daily trackers, log dispatched devices, and monitor partner activation timelines.
- Provide retraining and troubleshoot device issues to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service.
- Detail‑oriented, motivated, and able to work under pressure with limited resources.
- Aligned with Careem’s core values of boldness, focus, agility, and collaboration.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
