Operations Associate – Amusement Ride Operator

About the role

The Operations Associate ensures the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions at Miral Experiences. You will oversee guest safety, manage start‑up and shutdown procedures, and coordinate small teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out start‑up and close‑down procedures for all rides and attractions.
• Organise and regulate queuing systems, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Perform accurate height measurements and fit safety clothing when required.
• Assist guests with safe loading and unloading, checking restraints and safety belts.
• Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency exits and routes.
• Use ride stop and emergency stop functions confidently.
• Record daily operation details, including downtimes, throughput and staff breaks.
• Lead ride downtimes and emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Capable of working under pressure and long shift hours.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
