Operations Associate – Rides & Attractions

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will ensure the smooth and safe operation of rides and attractions at Miral Experiences' indoor theme park. You will be the front‑line contact for guests from opening to closing, delivering exceptional service while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, enforcing ride rules and safety regulations.
• Load and unload guests safely, verify restraints and distribute safety attire.
• Operate ride control systems and machinery during all operational phases.
• Lead small teams, coordinate opening and closing procedures, and manage queue systems.
• Handle ride downtimes and emergencies calmly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in ride operation or a related field.
• Full‑time availability.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.
