Operations Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily logistics activities for ROUTECO SHIPPING LLC in Dubai. The role ensures smooth movement of shipments, accurate record‑keeping and effective communication with customers, suppliers, drivers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations and shipment movements.
• Communicate with Arabic‑speaking customers and clients via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Follow up on customs clearance, delivery, pickup, transportation and shipment documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational records and update internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining strong organisational standards.

Required profile

• Male candidate.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or transportation operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Malayalam communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics operations, freight forwarding, shipping and customs clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
