Operations Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor to manage end‑to‑end order processing and ensure seamless delivery across all sales channels in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between the warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams, driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing from placement to last‑mile delivery.
• Monitor real‑time order flow and guarantee timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams to meet service‑level targets.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and vendors.
• Resolve order issues, including cancellations, refunds, and escalations.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, and availability on e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment time, cancellation rate, and CSAT.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or similar).
• Familiarity with UAE last‑mile delivery partners (Aramex, Fetchr, Naqel, etc.).
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with OMS, WMS, or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
