About the role

Amazon Now is building a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region. As an Operations Executive you will lead daily store and last‑mile operations, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and drive performance of both on‑site and on‑road teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining safety and morale.
Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates.
Develop and deliver training and development plans.
Continuously improve processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when needed.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in e‑commerce, retail, warehouse operations or logistics.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
