Operations Executive

About the role

Zofeur is a fast‑growing on‑demand platform that handles a wide range of car‑related services across the UAE. We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily operations, act as the main point of contact for our chauffeurs and partners, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and serve as the primary liaison for Zofeur chauffeurs and partners.
• Build and maintain rapport with key partners.
• Utilise strong knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi to coordinate services.
• Coordinate with the supply team and account managers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance and relationships.
• Adhere to specific client requests regarding driver profiles.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to generate operational reports.
• Maintain accurate subscriptions based on customer demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong initiative and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in the transportation sector.
