Operations Executive – UAE National – Amazon Now

About the role

Amazon Now is building a new fast‑delivery service across MENA. We are looking for an Operations Executive (UAE National) to lead store operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance for a large site or a network of smaller sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end daily operations for one large site or multiple small sites.
• Supervise store teams to meet customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining safety and morale.
• Drive performance management, including coaching, feedback, and productivity monitoring.
• Design and deliver training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks and resolving customer issues.
