Operations Manager – Capacity & Process Improvement (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to hire an experienced Operations Manager who will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, and offers flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning models, standard operating procedure (SOP) playbooks, workflow process maps, and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.
• Produce process‑improvement business cases and operational readiness checklists that drive measurable cost or cycle‑time reductions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement.
• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and business cases that delivered measurable efficiency gains.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with excellent written communication.
