Operations Manager – Dark Stores (UTR)

About the role

Amazon Now is looking for an operations leader to support cluster‑level operational indexing and performance tracking. The role will manage dark stores, hire and develop a team that runs day‑to‑day operations and programs. It also involves monitoring key operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy for dashboards, and maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
