Operations Manager – Events Sponsorships & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead events sponsorships and partnerships in Dubai. The role blends behind‑the‑scenes operational oversight with front‑stage brand representation, supporting entrepreneurs and fostering a vibrant business community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Build and nurture a network of entrepreneurs, business leaders, partners, and industry professionals across Dubai and the UAE.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events, workshops, networking sessions, and community initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, including suppliers, venues, guest lists, communications and on‑site delivery.
• Represent the client at business events, conferences and meetings, including on‑camera appearances for social media and promotional content.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Support new business initiatives, partnerships and growth projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes using AI, automation, CRM platforms and digital tools.
• Coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines and provide practical solutions with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, energetic and confident in both operational and public‑facing settings.
• Strong networking abilities and a passion for supporting entrepreneurs.
