Operations Manager

About the role

Palazzo Luxe Holiday Homes is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of its luxury holiday‑home portfolio in Dubai. You will act as the central point for guest communications, coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors, and oversee all administrative functions that keep the properties guest‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries on Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other platforms.
• Assist guests before, during and after their stay, handling check‑in/check‑out and issue resolution.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and external service providers to maintain Palazzo Luxe standards.
• Schedule cleaning, inspections and maintenance activities, and monitor operational performance.
• Maintain accurate booking and guest records, prepare occupancy and performance reports.
• Organise contracts, invoices, inventory and compliance documentation.
• Support finance with payment tracking and operational record‑keeping.
• Communicate schedules and priorities to internal teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, property management or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
