Operations Manager – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and transportation operations in Dubai, ensuring efficient deliveries, fleet management and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, shipments, fleet movements and schedules.
• Manage drivers, warehouse staff and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor delivery timelines, route planning and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transporters and internal departments.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery, transportation and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries and vehicle operations.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet or operations management.
• Previous experience managing logistics teams and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• UAE driving licence is preferred; GCC experience preferred.
