Operations Manager – Retail Showrooms

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the performance of Toys “R” Us showrooms across the GCC region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will embed the Al‑Futtaim Way culture, ensuring a world‑class customer experience in every branch.

Key responsibilities

• Embed and audit the sales process and behavioural standards across all showrooms.
• Plan and monitor budgets for each location.
• Implement a sales prospecting and activity‑monitoring system.
• Facilitate in‑branch workshops, role‑play sessions and branch reviews to drive quality improvements.
• Design, install and maintain management information systems (MIS) for reporting.
• Promote a customer‑first mindset and ensure it is reflected in daily behaviours.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of showroom operations and end‑to‑end sales processes.
• Proven ability to influence and gain commitment at all organisational levels.
• Experience managing toy sales within a franchised environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and team‑working capabilities.
