Operations Team Leader – Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to oversee the end‑to‑end management of assets that support our hyper‑local delivery and store operations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will drive procurement, inventory tracking, distribution and lifecycle management of delivery and store‑related assets in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and procure delivery and store assets in line with operational needs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain real‑time, accurate tracking of assets across warehouses and stores, implementing inventory control and audit processes.
• Oversee warehouse and store asset handling, ensuring proper storage, allocation, issuance, returns and replacements.
• Manage first‑mile and last‑mile distribution of assets, optimizing logistics for efficient movement.
• Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and end‑of‑life processes, keeping complete records.
• Develop scalable asset‑tracking systems, identify inefficiencies and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using data.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proven track record managing warehouse inventory and store‑level assets.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes, including procurement and distribution.
• Experience with first‑mile and last‑mile logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
