About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The role offers the chance to deliver expert surgical care within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ oral and maxillofacial conditions through detailed examinations.
• Develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans.
• Perform complex procedures including extractions, orthognathic surgeries, dental implant placements, and trauma repairs.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, deformities, and infections.
• Collaborate with dental, medical, and other healthcare professionals to optimise outcomes.
• Provide post‑operative care and long‑term follow‑up.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DMD) with board certification or equivalent in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Proven experience performing a broad spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current surgical methods, patient safety and care protocols.
• Strong understanding of oral anatomy, pathology and surgical treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
