Clinical Programme Lead – Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

About the role

The Clinical Programme Lead will head the specialised Pelvic Health physiotherapy service at Mediclinic City Hospital, delivering advanced assessments and personalised treatment plans for both male and female patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence‑based assessment and treatment for pelvic health conditions, monitoring outcomes and adjusting care plans.
• Lead service development, including clinical guidance, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses and allied health professionals in multidisciplinary care pathways.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, documentation, safety and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (mandatory) with relevant pelvic health training; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years specialist experience in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy; 6 years post‑graduate experience desirable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and mandatory clinical training such as Moving and Handling.

Required skills

• Antenatal and post‑natal pelvic health management.
• In‑depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to pelvic health.
• Understanding of UAE healthcare insurance rules and claim procedures.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary collaboration and design compliant programmes.
