Order Fulfilment Coordinator

About the role

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage accurate order entry in SAP and ensure smooth coordination across planning, production, service, engineering, and shipping teams. The role supports the sales department with payment follow‑up and claim handling while maintaining strong customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into the SAP system, including detailed technical Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and payment conditions.
• Record and communicate requested delivery dates, ensuring they are reflected in the system.
• Coordinate order follow‑up with planning, production, service, solution engineering, and shipping departments to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor order status, provide updates to stakeholders, and generate regular MEA‑level reports.
• Assist the sales team with payment follow‑up, outstanding invoices, and handling customer claims.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.

Required profile

• Experience in order entry and customer service.
• Proficiency with SAP and other order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
