Organizational & Social Behavior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an analytical, people‑oriented Organizational & Social Behavior Specialist to support our efforts in enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and workplace culture at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority. The role will involve studying workplace behavior, team dynamics and employee experiences to help create a positive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Study and analyze employee behavior, workplace interactions, team dynamics and organizational culture.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, collaboration, communication and workplace satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys, interviews, focus groups and organizational assessments to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Analyze feedback and behavioral data, providing actionable insights to management.
• Support the design and implementation of culture and engagement strategies.
• Identify behavioral challenges affecting productivity, retention and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR and management to devise solutions for people‑related issues.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and organizational development activities.
• Monitor engagement and health indicators, recommending improvement initiatives.
• Assist change‑management efforts by assessing employee needs and communication gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organizational behavior, development, HR, employee engagement or psychology.
• Strong understanding of workplace behavior, team dynamics and organizational culture.
• Excellent analytical, research, observation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Sociology or related field (preferred).
