About the role
O1W is seeking a confident, highly driven Outbound Appointment Setter to support its business development efforts. This is not a closing role; you will identify suitable businesses, reach decision‑makers, introduce O1W professionally, qualify opportunities and book meetings for senior consultants to close.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners, CEOs and marketing decision‑makers.
- Prospect, follow‑up and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule qualified, attended meetings for the closing team.
- Confirm booked meetings and ensure they are attended.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
- Previous B2B outbound, telemarketing or appointment‑setting experience.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity.
- Experience in the UAE market; Arabic is a plus.

What we offer
- Base salary AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
