About the role

O1W is seeking a confident, highly driven Outbound Appointment Setter to support its business development efforts. This is not a closing role; you will identify suitable businesses, reach decision‑makers, introduce O1W professionally, qualify opportunities and book meetings for senior consultants to close.

Key responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners, CEOs and marketing decision‑makers.
Prospect, follow‑up and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
Qualify prospects and schedule qualified, attended meetings for the closing team.
Confirm booked meetings and ensure they are attended.

Required profile

Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
Previous B2B outbound, telemarketing or appointment‑setting experience.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity.
Experience in the UAE market; Arabic is a plus.

What we offer

Base salary AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
