Outbound Sales Officer – Dubai

About the role

The outbound department of Emirates Islamic’s contact centre generates revenue by calling existing bank customers to promote additional products. We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused individual to join our outbound sales team in Dubai and act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads for bank products.
• Highlight product advantages such as low interest rates, flexible repayment options, and limited‑time offers.
• Provide transparent information, address concerns honestly, and build credibility.
• Follow up on initial contacts to close sales.
• Monitor daily targets and ensure monthly goals are met.
• Identify gaps in the sales journey and develop actionable improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or any diploma.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑centric attitude.
• Previous experience in a sales role is a plus.
