Outbound Telesales Executive – B2B & B2C (Telecom)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Telesales Executive to join a leading telecommunications provider in the UAE. You will contact both business and consumer customers, promote telecom products, and help retain existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to B2B and B2C prospects for sales, cross‑selling, up‑selling and retention.
• Act as a sales consultant, understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
• Achieve assigned revenue, sales and retention targets.
• Retain at‑risk customers by offering tailored retention offers.
• Handle customer emails, prepare proposals and close sales cycles.
• Log all interactions and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow KPIs, quality standards and company policies.
• Use provided sales scripts and objection‑handling techniques.
• Provide feedback to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Target‑driven, resilient and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
