Outdoor Sales Representative – Nail Division

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative for the Nail division to drive growth across salons and beauty professionals in the UAE. The role blends technical nail‑care expertise with strong sales capabilities, delivering product demonstrations that convert into new business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets by promoting nail products.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff.
• Develop existing salon accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines to both existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education and Brand teams to execute business strategies.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or equivalent beauty‑industry qualification.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on technical experience combined with solid sales exposure.
• Proven ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of pricing, promotions and account management.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
