Outlet Manager – Asian Fusion Cuisine

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of NOÉPE, a vibrant Asian‑fusion dining venue at Park Hyatt Dubai. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold luxury hospitality standards, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to achieve efficient, profitable performance.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop management and service teams.
• Plan staffing, create schedules and manage workforce requirements.
• Monitor sales, budgets, beverage and labor costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Control inventory, purchasing and cost‑control measures.
• Handle cash management, revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Address guest complaints and execute service recovery.
• Coordinate with other departments and support marketing, promotions and business development.
• Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations and maintain restaurant facilities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of restaurant experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control.
