About the role

Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites is seeking an enthusiastic Outlet Manager to lead La Sirène, its flagship Lebanese restaurant with panoramic views of the Burj Al Arab. The role combines guest‑focused service with operational leadership to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing, ensuring service standards are met.
• Drive commercial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team, conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong guest relationships, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a high‑volume restaurant or similar hospitality outlet.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
