Outlet Manager – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the Nuska Beach outlet starting September 2026. This senior position will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure the highest standards of guest experience in a world‑class luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all day‑to‑day outlet activities, guaranteeing exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and cost optimisation.
• Coach, develop and motivate a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of luxury hospitality.
• Maintain superior food quality, presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance the outlet’s reputation and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hospitality setting, with proven leadership responsibilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
