Outlet Supervisor

About the role

Minor Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for its Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous service across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders, ensuring speed and quality.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and enforce Minor Hotels Service Standards.
• Manage revenue and check control procedures during the shift.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment for team members and guests.
• Coordinate schedules, floor plans, reservations and resolve daily operational issues such as call‑outs or last‑minute bookings.
• Provide on‑floor presence throughout the meal period to guarantee adequate coverage and guest interaction.

Required profile

• Strong team‑building abilities with a focus on staff motivation and training.
• Excellent communication skills with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Ability to handle guest concerns promptly and maintain a positive image.
• Attention to detail in service standards, cleanliness and safety.
