Padel Coach – Community Sports Programs

About the role

SA‑Sports is expanding its premium community sports programmes across Dubai and is seeking a qualified Padel Coach to deliver private and group sessions for children and adults. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging environment while driving player development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver private and group coaching sessions for children and adults across various skill levels.
• Plan and implement structured training programmes covering technique, tactics and match play.
• Maintain a safe, organised and engaging coaching environment.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Build strong relationships within the community to support programme growth.
• Assist in organising community events and small tournaments.

Required profile

• Certified Padel Coach.
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable and well‑presented.
• Ability to manage sessions independently within community settings.
