Paint Sales Executive

About the role

The Paint Sales Executive will lead sales initiatives for premium refinish paints, targeting body shops, garages, and government workshops across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving volume and profit targets while building long‑term relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet agreed volume and profit targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for premium body‑shop and government workshop accounts.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Act as the primary sales contact, handling quotes, demonstrations, negotiations and deal closures.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Enforce credit policies and ensure timely debtor collection.
• Address customer complaints and deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with technical service teams to support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for training, supplies and special projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the refinish paints industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling refinish paint business in the ME/GCC region.
• Proven ability to add value beyond price considerations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graduate from a reputable university in a relevant field.
