About the role
The Parent Relations Executive will work closely with the Admissions team and the Principal to build a vibrant parent community and support the school’s enrollment goals. This role requires delivering high‑quality customer service to parents and promoting the school to prospective families and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop school communication channels and marketing initiatives.
- Organise and execute parent and community events that drive enrollment.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and visitors.
- Provide responsive, professional service to parents and liaise with school leadership.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
Required profile
- Minimum two years experience in a front‑of‑house or customer‑service role.
- Proven ability to meet sales or enrollment targets.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
