Parent Relations Executive

About the role

GEMS Education is launching a new British‑curriculum school in Dubai and seeks a Parent Relations Executive to act as the primary liaison for the parent community. The role supports the Principal in building a vibrant, engaged parent base that underpins the school’s culture and enrolment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents, highlighting the school’s unique selling points.
• Oversee the Front of House/Reception, ensuring high‑quality customer service across all touchpoints.
• Manage and continuously improve communication channels such as newsletters to keep parents informed.
• Organise parent and community events that encourage participation in school activities.
• Create and distribute stories, photographs and other promotional material for internal newsletters, the school website and digital screens.
• Develop and manage social media content on platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct regular surveys of new parents, analyse results and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Principal, CEO and Corporate Marketing to implement the school’s marketing strategy and keep all materials up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in parent relations, community engagement, or a comparable customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work closely with school leadership.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting survey data and making actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events.
