Part-Time Beauty Consultant – Sephora (Laura Mercier)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Beauty Consultant to join the Sephora Laura Mercier boutique at Mirdif City Centre in Dubai. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers discover the perfect beauty solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advise shoppers on product ranges that suit their needs.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure stock is replenished and displays are fully merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Handle new product launches, promote promotions and generate daily sales reports.
• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and communicate the benefits of each product.
• Track sales targets, post‑launch performance and participate in incentive programmes.

Required profile

• Strong grooming standards and a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and line‑sell targets.
• Enthusiasm for luxury beauty brands and staying up‑to‑date with trends.
