Parthenon Strategy Senior Consultant – Emirati Talent – Dubai

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking an ambitious senior consultant to join its Government & Energy/Sustainability teams in the MENA region. You will work on high‑impact strategy projects for global corporates, governments, sovereign wealth funds and family conglomerates, collaborating directly with C‑suite executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams on long‑term strategy roadmaps, growth, market entry, go‑to‑market and digital transformation projects.
• Define engagement objectives and scope together with clients and senior team members.
• Conduct commercial due diligence, greenfield assessments and transaction reviews.
• Translate large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to formal learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Relevant experience in strategy consulting, preferably within government, energy or sustainability sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
