Partner Sales Manager

About the role

Planon is expanding rapidly across the Middle East & Africa. We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who can drive new business growth through strategic partners and system integrators. This hands‑on sales role focuses on generating revenue, opening new opportunities, and closing complex enterprise software deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a new business pipeline across the MEA region through strategic partners and system integrators.
• Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities jointly with partners and act as a trusted co‑selling counterpart.
• Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Generate demand through direct prospecting, networking, and market outreach while leveraging partner ecosystems.
• Work with enterprise customers and partners to position business‑critical software solutions that deliver long‑term operational value.

Required profile

• Commercially driven sales professional with proven success in partner‑led enterprise software sales.
• Understanding of how organisations buy strategic software platforms that support core business processes.
• 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, EAM, IWMS, workplace, real estate, asset management, facilities management, or comparable solutions.
• Proven success building and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling through or alongside partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets in a quota‑carrying sales role.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Salary range AED 240,000 – AED 420,000 per year (fixed allowances, total cash compensation).
