Partnership Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Lead to own and grow relationships with influencers, creators, talent, and affiliates. You will manage the full partnership lifecycle—from outreach and negotiation to activation and performance reporting—while supporting our brand‑ambassador program.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard influencers, creators, talent agencies and affiliate partners that align with our brand.
• Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate execution of creator shoots, livestreams, events and other marketing activations.
• Run the in‑house affiliate program, handling recruitment, onboarding, tracking and ongoing partner support.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, legal and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, produce reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots and partner meetings, traveling frequently as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management or business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence talent, agents and managers.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with gaming, sports, collectibles or creator‑led marketing is a plus.
