Part‑Time Entrepreneurship Faculty

About the role

Canadian University Dubai seeks a highly qualified part‑time faculty member to teach Entrepreneurship courses for the Fall Semester 2026‑2027. The role involves delivering up to two courses (6 credit hours) and supporting curriculum development while adhering to university and UAE Ministry of Higher Education standards.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned Entrepreneurship courses (up to 6 credit hours per semester).
• Maintain accurate student records and submit grades at mid‑term and final periods.
• Prepare, revise, and file lesson plans and course syllabi within one week of semester start.
• Recommend learning resources and assist in curriculum review and new course development.
• Supervise independent studies where applicable.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, supporting the Department Head and Program Chair with accreditation and quality‑assurance activities.
• Attend faculty, departmental, and community‑engagement meetings as required.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated record of effective teaching and research publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Preference for candidates with Canadian academic affiliation or North‑American professional linkage.
• Commitment to part‑time teaching schedule, limited office hours, and attendance at designated meetings.
