Part‑time Security Manager (Luxury Residential)

About the role

Our client, an exclusive luxury residential complex in Dubai, is seeking a part‑time Security Manager to lead the security team and protect the safety and privacy of residents. You will develop and implement security strategies, manage personnel, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security personnel on a part‑time basis.
• Design, implement and continuously improve comprehensive security plans.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of surveillance and access‑control systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and respond to incidents promptly.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in luxury or high‑end environments.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CCTV monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with access‑control technologies.
