Party Coordinator - RM

About the role

The Party Coordinator – RM will oversee and participate in events at the designated Orange Wheels centre in Abu Dhabi, ensuring each event meets client expectations and company standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, handling everything from planning to post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee events at the assigned Orange Wheels centre, collaborating with clients to identify requirements and expectations.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure all elements are in order and aligned with company standards.
• Manage administrative duties such as maintaining records, updating databases, handling calendars, and preparing reports for management or clients.
• Ensure a diverse and engaging range of entertainment options, setting up tables, chairs, and decorations to create an inviting event space.
• Serve as the primary communication hub, updating stakeholders on event details, handling inquiries, and providing post‑event follow‑up including client satisfaction meetings.
• Handle finance and logistics, issuing invoices, collecting payments, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing day‑to‑day logistics for setup, tear‑down, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create creative event themes, design e‑invites, and execute email campaigns that enhance the event experience.
• Provide backup support for colleagues in the Orange Wheels network when they are unavailable, ensuring seamless workflow and strong team support.
