Patient Coordinator – Dubai Silicon Oasis

About the role

The Patient Coordinator works directly with patients to drive enrollment into Metabolic’s diabetes care programs, guide them through onboarding, and ensure ongoing engagement throughout their treatment journey. This is a patient‑facing position that blends consultative sales with clinical coordination in a fast‑paced clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified in‑clinic prospects into enrolled patients for designated programs.
• Conduct structured consultations to present clinical and financial value of programs.
• Engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, Meta channels, and email to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Cross‑sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
• Schedule appointments, follow‑ups, and manage milestone‑based onboarding.
• Proactively contact patients before appointments, refill dates, and program milestones.
• Identify at‑risk patients and apply retention measures promptly.
• Document all activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Results‑driven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience selling healthcare programs or medical services.
• Proven track record in face‑to‑face and consultative medical sales.
• Target‑oriented, detail‑focused and comfortable in a high‑tempo clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills for phone, messaging, and email interactions with patients.
