Patient Relations Executive – Russian Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

Join HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim, as a Patient Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering warm, professional service from the initial inquiry through follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, provide accurate information and guide them through appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate care by managing appointments, follow‑ups and ensuring timely communication with clinical teams.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain patient records securely and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Assist patients with insurance, billing queries and promote HealthHub services.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a patient‑facing healthcare role.
• Fluent in Russian and English with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
