The role ensures every patient experiences seamless, high‑quality service from arrival to departure, reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Patient Relations Executives.
• Oversee daily operations of the reception and patient services areas.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and patient care.
• Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare customer service or an administrative role.
• Strong background in managing teams within a clinic or hospital setting.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
