Payroll Accountant & HR Coordinator

About the role

This dual‑function position combines payroll administration with HR coordination, ensuring accurate salary processing while supporting the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with Finance and HR teams to maintain compliance with UAE labour regulations and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
• Generate monthly payroll reports and monitor leave balances.
• Manage end‑to‑end exit processes, including final settlement calculations and documentation.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and new‑joiner evaluations.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain records of compensation changes such as increments, promotions, and grading.
• Handle first‑line employee queries, grievances, and HR correspondence.
• Process statutory submissions, manage government portal transactions, and support audit and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll and/or HR operations experience within a UAE‑based organization.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and statutory compliance.
• Professional certification in payroll or HR is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
