Payroll & Data Migration Analyst (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to support a critical 12‑month payroll data migration project as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. The role ensures data accuracy, integrity and a smooth transition while collaborating with HR, Finance and external implementation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end migration of payroll data into Dynamics 365, including validation, cleansing and reconciliation of legacy data.
• Work closely with HR and Finance to map payroll elements and assist in system configuration testing, parallel runs and UAT.
• Assist payroll processing during the transition to maintain business continuity, accurate outputs and timely delivery.
• Act as primary liaison between HR, Finance, IT and implementation partners, providing expertise on payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, maintain confidentiality of employee data and support audit requirements related to the migration.

Required profile

• 3–5 years solid payroll/data migration experience, preferably within a UAE or MENA organisation.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (essential).
• Strong understanding of payroll structures, allowances, benefits and leave impacts, with advanced Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation.
