About the role
Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join its growing construction team in Dubai. You will oversee complete payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary payments.
- Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws, payroll regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead the payroll team and coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and other departments.
- Administer benefits, statutory payments, and related deductions.
- Prepare payroll records, reports, and documentation for management review and audits.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of payroll management experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and payroll systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
