Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (DHA Licensed)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Dubai, focusing on pediatric clients. You will assess, diagnose and support speech, language and communication needs of children while working within a neurodiversity‑affirming framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide neurodiversity‑affirming therapy, applying the Neurodiversity paradigm and related training.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments and collaborate with families and professionals to enhance performance and executive functioning.
• Use a strength‑based approach emphasizing emotional and sensory regulation.
• Co‑therapy with an Occupational Therapist as part of an integrated treatment plan.
• Document client details, generate official reports, and participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings.
• Develop resources and deliver webinars to coach parents on communication strategies.

Required profile

• DHA license and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with autistic children and their families.
• Familiarity with or readiness to learn the Neurodiversity paradigm and Gestalt Language Processors.
• Motivation to engage in extensive initial training and ongoing professional development.
