Pega CDH Developer – Customer Decision Hub Specialist

About the role

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer to design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical implementations that drive real‑time personalized engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Next‑Best‑Action (NBA) strategies within Pega CDH.
• Configure decision strategies, engagement policies, arbitration rules, and adaptive models.
• Implement real‑time and batch decisioning solutions and integrate CDH with external systems via REST, SOAP, and event‑driven APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and support testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Follow Pega best practices and guardrails throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years hands‑on Pega CDH work.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, case management, and integration patterns.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Preferred certifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Decisioning Consultant.
