People & Culture Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The People & Culture Executive (Maternity Cover) will support one of Aldar Education’s schools in Abu Dhabi, acting as the first point of contact for staff and ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Validate attendance reports and support monthly payroll cycles.
• Process new joiners, terminations, salary revisions and employee updates in line with payroll timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and ensure data integrity for reporting and audits.
• Liaise with HQ Payroll to verify end‑of‑service calculations and staff deductions.
• Prepare and coordinate employee letters, contracts and documentation following approval processes.
• Manage clearance and exit procedures for departing staff.
• Collaborate with the Cluster P&C Manager and Talent team on payroll coordination, employee relations cases, onboarding, benefits processing and reporting.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to recruitment activities as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated generalist HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee relations.
• Ability to work closely with managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Alignment with Aldar Education’s core values and appreciation of regional cultural norms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Oracle HRIS for data entry and reporting.
