Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise paid media campaigns for our e‑commerce business in the UAE. The role will focus on driving ROI across Meta, Google and emerging platforms while collaborating closely with creative and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and TikTok.
• Monitor daily performance, identify under‑performing ads, audience fatigue, tracking errors and wasted spend.
• Take immediate corrective actions: pause or scale ad sets, adjust bids, refresh creative rotation and resolve tracking issues.
• Design and execute A/B tests on creative assets, copy and audience segments.
• Partner with the creative team to brief, develop and iterate ad creatives.
• Produce weekly performance reports with clear diagnostics and actionable insights.
• Highlight seasonal opportunities such as Ramadan, White Friday and End‑of‑Season Sales to the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience in e‑commerce, specifically within the UAE market.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with Shopify is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site in the UAE on a full‑time basis.
