Personal Shopper – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Personal Shopper you will deliver a personalized, premium shopping experience to high‑value clients, building long‑term relationships and driving sales of pre‑owned luxury items. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring product authenticity and exceptional client service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a personalized shopping experience, achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, and upsell luxury items while maintaining brand integrity.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of luxury brands and accurately explain product condition, grading, and provenance.
• Support authentication and quality checks of pre‑owned items and assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, communicate return policies and warranties, and maintain confidentiality with clients and consignors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories with a sales‑driven, client‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
